Company Background / History

Founded in 1975, the family- run company MSK is one of the leading suppliers for the cold end of glass production and, as yet, the only supplier that develops and produces all the different works and software in-house. The MSK Covertech Group  has also established itself as an internationally leading manufacturer of packaging machines for palletizing systems, and enlarged its product portfolio from packaging and pallet conveying systems to the company’s own software which has been developed and consequently extended in the MSK innovation center. The medium-sized, internationally expanding group in the mechanical engineering industry has its headquarters in Kleve, Germany. About 500 employees work in Kleve and at subsidiaries in Hungary, France, USA and China.
